GET INVOLVED

BECOME A MEMBER

Becoming a member is an easy way to show your support for history in our community!  Membership dollars help to keep the museum open year round and provide support for our many programs and events.

In addition to supporting the museum’s exhibits and programs, Holmes County Historical Society Members will receive a quarterly newsletter, which features genealogical and historical articles and members' genealogical queries. Also included, from time to time, are program announcements and topics of interest, such as new additions to the museum collection and exhibit openings. 100% of your donation supports the Holmes County Historical Society and  Heritage Museum.

DONATIONS

Today, more than ever, your financial support is needed to ensure that the Holmes County Historical Society will continue to flourish and grow. We thank you in advance for considering a gift to us as part of your annual charitable giving plan.

Please take a moment to consider membership in the Society and to join us in our mission to preserve Holmes County’s rich history and culture. To make a donation, please use the Membership Form or simply mail your donation to the address listed on our home page.

Donate Historic Items or Photographs

Every item that is in the Codington County Heritage Museum today was donated by someone.  We review new donations quarterly and are always looking for photographs.  With new digital technology it is easier than ever to scan and share!

If you have an item or photograph that you would like to donate or loan to the HCHS for display in the museum, please contact us and we will gladly meet with you to discuss your potential donation or loan.

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
